What's the Cost of Renting an LED Dance Floor?
The cost of renting an LED dance floor varies, but it's mainly determined by the size of the floor. When planning your event, remember to allocate sufficient space for your guests to dance. The industry benchmark suggests 4.5 square feet per guest or 9 square feet per couple.
As a rough guide, for an event with 100 attendees, you can expect 50 individuals or 25 couples on the dance floor simultaneously. A minimum of 16 feet x 16 feet (256 square feet) of dance floor space, and this is the maximum size we have available at the moment. Our pricing is $9.50 per square foot.
